How can Perform help?

Perform will revolutionise the way health, wellbeing and performance is viewed by Executives and will inspire them to be the very best they can be.

Perform utilises a team of sports scientists, nutritionists, physiotherapists and coaches that have a wealth of experience working and performing at an elite level in a multitude of sports. It is therefore evidence based, scientifically led and supported by the latest mobile app technology.

What outcomes can be expected?

Productivity impact of the Perform programme has been calculated to be 13% per individual on average.

47% of individuals increased their physical activity, 27% have quit smoking, 67% have reduced their alcohol consumption, 62% have reduced their body mass index (BMI) and 21% have improved their emotional resilience and wellbeing.

After 6 months working with the Team I have improved strength, stamina and psychological resilience. Which has given me a greater agility and energy in the work place.

What is included?

Perform can be tailored to either a six month or twelfth month programme where individuals receive:

  • An initial physical and psychological assessment with a personal health coach who will determine baseline performance Pillars and agree realistic goals – a program personally tailored to suit individual goals will be developed
  • Easy to follow exercises delivered via mobile app technology in video format
  • One to one coaching continuing every six weeks with a personal health coach who will motivate, support and guide individuals with goal setting and action planning
  • Proactive support via email and video conference functionality
  • Weekly recipes tailored to individual goals
  • Access to experts in the field of exercise, nutrition, dieting, emotional wellbeing and coaching
  • Regular re-assessment where individuals will track progress
  • Provision of a wearable tracker, to help the tracking of progress as simple as possible
